Returns & Exchange details

Returns and exchanges are accepted on standard listing items. Please always contact me before returning an item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage and it is recommended that you use a trackable postal service when returning an item – I cannot take responsibility for a return item being lost in the post. A refund will be given once I have received the returned item in it’s original condition.
If an exchange is requested this will again fall under the 3/4 week lead time.


Returns are not accepted on any custom/personalised orders unless the item is faulty. Please contact me if this is the case.

I’ve placed an order – how long will it take to arrive?

Every item is made to order just for you. My current lead time is 3 to 4 weeks (unless otherwise stated). I always aim to make and dispatch orders quicker than this however during busier periods that may not be possible.
You will receive an order confirmation after you purchase and a dispatch notification as soon as your order is sent.

How do I hang the wire wall art?

The wire words/phrases can be made with either flat ends or raised.
With the flat option you would hang your item using either small nails or small clear command hooks. These are not included but can be purchased online or via hardware shops for a few pounds.
With the raised option the ends of the wire are made with prongs for you to hang to give a floating effect. Simply hold your wire art against the wall and using a pencil mark where the prongs meet the wall. then drill small holes using a 3mm drill bit and simply pop the prong into the holes – not the whole way, just enough to provide that floating effect.

What size wire do you use to make the items?

I like to work with 3mm wire so you will find the majority of my items are listed as 3mm wire. Some of my smaller items are made using 2mm wire and each listing will state which size wire is used.

Can you make any of the items larger?

There are occasions where items can be made larger, however there are restrictions on the size I can make certain items due to the limitations of the wire. Please drop me a message to discuss.

I have a delivery/dispatch query?

My current lead time on most items is 3/4 weeks – smaller items are 1 to 2 weeks.
Items that are listed as free delivery will be sent tracked via Hermes UK 2/3 day delivery. There is however, an option at checkout to upgrade to Royal Mail for an additional fee.
Smaller items that are listed plus delivery are sent 1st class via Royal Mail.
You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your items are sent.

I’ve just ordered but changed my mind and want a different colour, is this possible?

Please drop me a message as soon as you can. If I haven’t started your order then I am happy to make it in the colour you want, however if your order is already made I may not be able to accommodate this change.

Do you accept orders outside of the UK?

I’m very sorry but currently I can only accept UK orders. This maybe something I consider in the future but currently I only ship within the UK.

I need an item quicker than your listed lead time – is this possible?

If you find that you need an item quicker than my current lead time please drop me a message and I will see what I can do, however during busier times I may not be able to accept an order at short notice.

I’ve realised I’ve used the wrong address at checkout – what should I do?

Don’t panic! If you need to alter your delivery address or have any other query please drop me a message and I’ll get back to you to confirm the changes.

I wasn’t in to accept the package and its been returned to you, what happens now?

If I have dispatched an order and you are not in to take delivery you can usually arrange a re delivery with the courier. If they have tried several times with no luck the item is usually returned to me. Once I have received the item back I will be in contact to discuss the options. If the item is not customised I can either issue a refund or attempt delivery again but this will be at your cost. Any questions please drop me a message.
